3. PAYMENTS, RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CANCELLATIONS 

You agree to pay the full amount displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Your payment will be automatically drafted from your bank account on the date of your enrollment. Upon successful payment, you will receive a receipt for your records. If You experience payment issues or have questions about charges, please contact Our support team promptly using the contact information provided at the end of this policy. 

Payments and Payment Plans

By purchasing any Product, Service, or Resource from this website, You acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • All Sales Are Final: Payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or credits, except where required by applicable law.
  • Accurate Payment Information: You must provide accurate payment details. Failure to provide valid payment information may result in order cancellation or restricted account access.
  • Chargebacks and Disputes: If a chargeback is initiated without contacting Our support team for resolution, we reserve the right to suspend your account, prohibit future purchases, and pursue further action.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations 

Due to the nature of the content delivered, all sales are final, and refunds will not be issued for any Products, Services, or Resources. The only exception is in the case of a duplicate charge caused by Our merchant service, where Your debit or credit card has been charged more than once for the same Product, Service or Resource within the same account. We are not responsible for payments made multiple times by a customer due to user error or any charge made outside of the same 24-hour period. In the event of a technical error caused by Our systems, We will work promptly to resolve the issue.

Recurring Memberships

If You have a monthly or yearly recurring membership, You may cancel it by providing Us with at least three (3) business days’ email notice before Your next billing cycle. If notice is given less than three (3) business days before the renewal date, Your payment may still be processed. No prorated refunds will be issued, and You will not be entitled to any refund for previous payments.
